About our community centers
Helping you stay healthy, happy and active is what we’re about.
Each of our centers offer:
- Fitness center featuring air-powered workout equipment — all abilities welcome.
- Multi-use classroom for mindfulness and fitness classes.
- Living room space — It’s a great place to hang out with friends, grab a free drink or relax between classes.
- Mindfulness and self-help classes — Learn skills to lower stress, improve mental health and make healthy habits.
- Language classes and book clubs — Keep your mind sharp or find your new favorite author or book.
- Fitness classes — Get your heart pumping with fun cardio, balance or strength workouts for every level.
- Game or social group classes — Make new friends and catch up with the ones you already know.
