Once you find a doctor near you, please call us to make an appointment. Next, your doctor’s office will talk to you about next steps, such as sending us your health records and what to bring to your appointment.
If you got a bill from us in the mail, you can easily pay your bill online.
Some of our locations use a different bill pay system and don’t accept online payments. Those locations include:

- Optum–Live Oak
- Optum–Poinciana
